If your Samsung washer shows a UB error, shakes too much, or stops before the spin cycle, the problem is often related to worn suspension rods.

Over time, the suspension rods get weak. When that happens, the washer cannot keep the drum balanced during the spin cycle. The machine may keep adding time, stop spinning, or show a UB / unbalanced error.
The best repair is usually to use OEM Samsung parts. The problem is the price. On some Samsung washer models, one suspension rod can cost over $75 per one, and the washer needs four rods. After adding labor, the total repair cost can become unreasonable for many customers.
That is why we offer a couple of repair options.
One option is to use better-quality aftermarket parts with an additional improvement from our repair shop. This helps lower the repair cost and can be a good choice if you want the washer working again without spending too much.
Another option is to use factory OEM parts from another brand, usually Whirlpool, when the specs are very close to the original Samsung suspension rods. These parts are often more reasonably priced than Samsung OEM parts and usually last longer than cheap aftermarket rods.
The right option depends on your goal. If you want the longest-lasting repair, the factory OEM option is usually the better choice. It also comes with a 6-month warranty.
We understand that washer repair should make sense. If the repair cost is too high, it may not be worth doing. That is why we do everything we can to find a reasonable solution that works for the customer.
If your Samsung washer has a UB error, is shaking, or is not spinning properly, call us. We can explain your options and help you choose the repair that fits your needs.
